âOur stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature.â

âRoom was clean and perfect for one person. Check in was easy. I was worried about a full parking lot but I had no problem coming back late every night. If youâre a light sleeper, walls are a bit thin and other guests can be pretty loud outside your door at all hours of the night. However this isnât the propertyâs fault. â

âVery sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didnât feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

âThe property looked clean and decent in the listing photos, but the actual room was completely unacceptable.
When we arrived, the room was very dirty and in poor condition. There were cockroaches, the sheets had hair on them, and the bathroom was unclean. Overall, everything looked old, neglected, and not properly maintained. This was a serious hygiene issue and did not match what was advertised.â
