”This property is worn out. The bed linens have rips. The couch had spots worn into holes. The couch pulls out into a bed but is so thin that even our child could feel the springs. We had to fold up two comforters to pad it. The carpet had holes. The pool area has tiles falling off. There is only has one umbrella for the entire pool area. The landscaping is neglected with weeds growing tall by the pool area. We could not gain entry to our room because something was wrong with the card...

”Great stay! Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

”The shower pressure was horrible. There were no amenities. On the website it said we had use of the umbrellas and lounges on the beach. You did but you had to pay for them. They gave us a bracelet to wear so it was known we were guests, but I don’t see why. Never staying there again. No closet to hang clothes. Just awful.”

”First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”
