Matkat – Pyhän Leonardin

The rooms were tiny and a bit worn down. The air condition worked for an hour and then it shut down and had to be restarted again. We were given a cellar room which had very loud construction noises next door starting at early morning and we asked for another room, which the staff kindly gave to us. The location was good, right next to Earl’s Court station. There were shops and nice resturants and the area was quite calm.

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was advertised as 1 king bed 1 double bed 1 single bed private bathroom for 4 nights in a Non smoking "hotel" ,booked over a month ago. Got message day before arrival saying we needed to pay extra to make it private bathroom with 3 rooms. Told we need to book 2 more rooms, we stayed 1 night. Smoke in 2 rooms unbearable if you have asthma, banging constantly through night from neighbours, it was an extremely hot few days so windows had to be left open. 1 fan available, was useless, curfew in rules not told about had to be back in house by 11pm , cant shower or make noise between 11 and 6am. If we had of know all this in the online booking we would not have booked at all. We had to go to 2 family events that would have both have been after 2am arrival back. Totally ridiculous, we left after 1 night , didn't feel safe or secure and walking on eggshells as a previous guest has said in reviews. So we booked elsewhere, this listing needs to be taken down by Hotels com. Totally misleading
