”The keys to the building entrance and to the rooms don’t work properly. I had to replace my key five or six times in five days. All the guests had that problem and kept prepping the entrance doors with rocks. Ridiculous. The hotel has unreliable lock system. ”

”I booked this hotel solely for the “free shuttle” service that I would’ve needed to get to Sky Harbor early the next morning. It wasn’t until I checked in, and wanted to schedule my free shuttle service, I learned that the shuttle services wouldn’t start until 5:30am but I needed it at 2:30am for my 5am flight. Lesson learned, I’ll lookout for “24 Hour Shuttle Service” instead, should I need that in the future. Room and location was clean. I didn’t get to experience much more of this location...

”The pet area was just some left over pieces of fake grass soaked in urine and smelled terrible with the heat. Also my room was missing the entire bed comforter and it was super cold. ”

”This place was an absolute dump. The carpets were old. The door to our room was not fully sealed, you could see most of the way around it to the point that we thought it was open. We found stains and hairs in the linens. It was bad enough that we went and got new sets to see if it was any better. The furniture was stained and creepy. In general this property seems very old and very overdue for a renovation. We found the breakfast to be sketchy and opted to eat on our way to our new hotel. ...
