"I am not sure how this had so many good reviews. The pool was green. Some of the staff was eating and didn’t even get up from chair to help people. The place is run down. The toilet overflowed and housekeeper brought towels but never cleaned floors. I would never stay here again."

"Hotel didn’t have my reservation and had to wait and make multiple calls to Expedia for the reservation confirmation. Finally they have King bed instead of 2 queen bed room which I reserved. Sleeping in king bed with 2 kids was not at all comfortable. Unhappy with this booking"
