”The check in process and parking process is unusual but worked put fine. The apt is stocked well and i appreciate that the sitting area and t.v. are separate from the bedroom. We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. ”

”The staff was great but my Expedia reservation somehow didn’t get thru to the Hotel. I had made the reservation in December as the price was reasonable. Upon trying to check in the hotel claimed it wasn’t in the system. The employee was trying his best to figure it out but the manager said it was my responsibility to contact Expedia myself. I ended up staying at their current price which was double the Dec pricing and the place is a dump. ”

”The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

”Amazing pools and property!! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food we ordered pool side impressed us too. ”It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake.
The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. One of the beds was sagging in the middle and sounded like it was going to break in half every time you rolled over.
