Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) ...

Memphis Riverline Hotel
Our room was clean, but some things were not present: tissue paper, hair dryer, privacy sign, downstairs menu, WiFi instructions. The landline telephone basically worked, but the direct line buttons, i.e., Guest Services, Emergency, etc., did nothing when pressed.

The Peabody Memphis
Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
Staff was very helpful with directions as well as advice on some of the local establishments to visit including cultural and civic places of national importance.

Big Cypress Lodge
Great property! Excellent staff, very nice room. A little dark but it was the theme (kinda missed daylight after two nights). The balcony was really peaceful. It would’ve been nice to have had a pool but other than that, excellent.
