Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) ...

The Guest House at Graceland
Close to Graceland museum- walkable. Elvis themed and retro vibe. Entertainment nightly consisting of singers, Elvis movies and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and milk at night. Would definitely recommend as a “must do”.

Big Cypress Lodge

Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown by IHG
Good location and friendly staff! The only inconveniences were a lamp that didn’t work properly and a really weird bathroom door that didn’t allow basically any privacy at all.

Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel
The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing the manager Lasonya and her staff member Sukhi helped me with my issue. I had never had a hotel be so kind and patient ever. I will be returning to the hotel soon. Excellent hospitality and services
