It’s located in a safe, vibrant area full of cafés, bars, restaurants, and minimarkets, with fresh fruit available nearby. The hotel also has its own private, comfortable beach with soft white sand and plenty of sun loungers — perfect for relaxing all day.”

”The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated. Once it's finished it will be a beautiful place to relax. The room has the bathroom sink in the bedroom. Could use a microwave...

”We had a 5 night stay and it was amazing. The staff was incredible. The doors stay locked at all times and you have a code to enter which is nice. You are right in the heart of old San Juan. The complimentary bar was a huge plus. You can literally walk up to the bar and ask for any drink, alcohol or non, and it’s free. The rooftop lounge was very cozy and beautiful during day or night. If we ever return to PR, we will definitely stay here again. ”

”I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Although I don’t speak Spanish, communication was smooth and never an issue. My room was very comfortable and well-maintained. I do wish there had been a microwave, as I had a lot of delicious leftovers. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel was kind enough to warm up a large plate of traditional chicken fried rice for me, which I really appreciated. I look forward to...
