PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE! I'll do my best to keep this as short as possible: 1st room my friends & I got looked & smelled dirty. Kitchen, walls, bathroom were in the worst conditions. Cabinets in the bathroom had some sort of wallpaper that was pilling & was all over the floor. There was also mold! AC, TV, & some outlets weren't working. Went to the front desk to get a different room - FD refused to, but sent a maintenance person to check the room. He was able to fix the electrical issues. I asked him if it was possible to get a different room, & he did. The 2nd room was a little better, but bathroom had mold & the door to the balcony wouldn't fully close. At the point, we just decided to take the room - we realized it was as good as it was going to get. When showering/brushing teeth, water smelled & tasted like ocean water. 2 days later, no one hadn't come to the room to clean. Went to the FD to ask to have it cleaned, lady said she'll send someone, no one ever arrived. Went back to the FD in the evening & another person told us that personnel isn't scheduled to clean the room that day, and that someone needs to be in the room for them to clean or else they wouldn't enter the room. Night before check out, it rained. Water was dripping from ceiling on to bed. Went to FD & got another room. 3rd room was similar to 2nd. Did see roaches too. The only good thing i can say the property had was the rooftop pool. Nice view of sunset. Photos of this property are desceiving.
