”We enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature. The staff was exceptional and truly made our visit special. Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly, from fast-track services at the airport to day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The room was clean and well equipped, and the rooftop sky bar offered beautiful views over the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel!”

”Had an amazing stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi and was looked after very well by Tiffany at reception who accommodated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. In fact all of the staff there are incredibly lovely. The property itself is in a fantastic location, the room we were put into was spacious and had everything you needed. Would definitely visit again.”

”Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding.
Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.”

”Pool area and roof top bar were excellent. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Air-contioning in the room wasn’t very good, the humidity was controlled by dehumidifier which made noise (lwe were there late August)”

”The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. There’s a very nice “Australian” cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had.
The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities.
The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong.
Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a...
