”We have stayed at some of the other guesthouse hotels, which have all been excellent. I am pleased to say this hotel continues this trend. The hotel staff were exceptional and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...
”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room.
Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”The lady that checked me in was so friendly I’d had a bad day and someone stole my wallet & she gave me free champagne. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a bit of a maze getting around. But two staff members who be also very nice helped me. My restaurant experience was not great but everything else was.”

”Super beliggenhet 3 minutters gange fra togstasjonen, gode senger og pute, veldig stille, stort rom, serviceminded personale, bra frokost. Mulighet for å lage enkel mat på rommet om ønskelig.”

”Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...

Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape.
Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor.
We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service.

I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night.
