”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Upon entering the hotel, the staff was friendly and courteous. It smelled like they had just got done cleaning the place. I stayed in an all-girls 4-bed dorm on the 4th floor. The room met the description. Overall, it was in good shape. Maybe a little chipped paint on the ceiling but I am not in Chicago to stare at the walls and ceiling all day. The bedding and towels did not have any stains, and were obviously freshly laundered. There was room under the bunk for me to store my carry-on sized...
