”Breakfast was not impressive. The hotel smelled unpleasant like they tried to bleach something but didn't do a good job. People on my floor were loud and yelling even at 3 am. Shower was okay. ”

”If we were told that they were doing a major remodeling, I would not had stay there. My allergies were really bad with all the dust in the whole first floor. The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels. ”

”We heard trains all night and lots of noise. The continental breakfast was not accommodating for diabetics. There was not a selection of food at breakfast. No amenities at all because pool was closed.”

”I guess the worst thing was we were on the second floor with no elevator and I have a bad leg. When we asked to be on the first floor, it wasn’t available. The room was clean. I didn’t really see the staff much. It was OK, but we won’t book there again. ”

”Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. ”

”The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great staff. My only reason not to return is the elevator is a far distance from any exterior door, between the steps, ramps and distance , this location was not handicap friendly for us.”

”At this property, first-floor (100) level rooms are technically "downstairs". They have a basement feel, including the smell, sort of a musty-smell. I assume requesting an above ground level would help. Otherwise, hotel seemed clean and breakfast was great. A lot of options and continually restocked. ”

”There was refurbishing throughout the first floor which was not disclosed to us when we made our reservation. Also loud clientele fighting throughout the night.”
