”We had a privilege to spend a week in this paradise! From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly and we felt ourselves welcome. The hotel is new and has a great ambiance. The pool was warm and cozy and most of the time totally quiet. You can use it until 11pm which is nice. The location is perfect if you want serenity and it is easy to take a bus or cab to the hussle of the city if needed. We would definitely stay here again anytime! =)”

”We had the pleasure of staying here at Mio Feb 21-Feb 28. A little excitement the first couple of days with the Cartel and Military. As they say, the people make the place. Well top shelf all around!! Viktor, Francesco, Angelica, Daniel, Karla, Rubi and all were fabulous. A great place to stay, superb value in a really nice area. You will more than enjoy. ”Problem when arrived to hotel. First they didn't find our reservation. After 30 min. search it was found but our confirmation indicated Jr. Suite with balcony, but this was not available only without balcony so se were obliged to "upgrade" to next category with 45 € extra per night. This was really annoying specially as coming tired after 12 hour flight. "upgraded room" was indeed nice and afterwards service was excellent. ”

”Hotel was clean modern. It's close to some very nice beaches- about two miles. Large nice grocery store about 1/4 mile. Breakfast was good and plentiful for my taste. Cheap Public transportation nearby.”

”We received a fantastic upgrade to a ocean view balcony. Our room was very clean. Staff in the dinning areas was excellent. You need to be early to get a spot by the pool area, but ample space by the ocean.”

”Excelente opcion para hospedarte si buscas un descanso comfortable todo incluido. El unico detalle es que el hotel indica que cuenta con gimnasio pero no te dice que no esta incluido en tu hospedaje y el costo es de $200 por 90 min.”

”We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.”
