”Problem when arrived to hotel. First they didn't find our reservation. After 30 min. search it was found but our confirmation indicated Jr. Suite with balcony, but this was not available only without balcony so se were obliged to "upgrade" to next category with 45 € extra per night. This was really annoying specially as coming tired after 12 hour flight. "upgraded room" was indeed nice and afterwards service was excellent. ”

”Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the...

”The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)”

”We received a fantastic upgrade to a ocean view balcony. Our room was very clean. Staff in the dinning areas was excellent. You need to be early to get a spot by the pool area, but ample space by the ocean.”

”This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. ”The first 2 days we stayed in a terrible condo with no view of the outside, it gave us a very claustrophobic feeling. Luckily we were upgraded to a very nice studio.”

”Overall, it is very family friendly. They have kids section in the buffet with fries/ chicken fingers etc, high chairs, plastic plates. Kid's club always opens with kids activities ongoing. I am happy to go again with my two young kids if there is any good deals available. ”

”The rooms were great the ocean and pools are great. The food was mostly mexican fare so if you are a picky eater you will tire of the food pretty quick.”

”Room was clean and street noise was overcome by the a/c, which was powerful and easy to control. The staff were friendly and Adrian went out of his way to make sure my stay was good. Bicycle was good and really helpful getting around. Utensils and dishes are minimal but adequate. There are several good restaurants within walking distance including great quality sushi on the ground floor. ”

”We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.”

”We had a privilege to spend a week in this paradise! From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly and we felt ourselves welcome. The hotel is new and has a great ambiance. The pool was warm and cozy and most of the time totally quiet. You can use it until 11pm which is nice. The location is perfect if you want serenity and it is easy to take a bus or cab to the hussle of the city if needed. We would definitely stay here again anytime! =)”
