”We stayed at the Único hotel in Riviera Nayarit at the end of November. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.”

”Problem when arrived to hotel. First they didn't find our reservation. After 30 min. search it was found but our confirmation indicated Jr. Suite with balcony, but this was not available only without balcony so se were obliged to "upgrade" to next category with 45 € extra per night. This was really annoying specially as coming tired after 12 hour flight. "upgraded room" was indeed nice and afterwards service was excellent. ”
