”Problem when arrived to hotel. First they didn't find our reservation. After 30 min. search it was found but our confirmation indicated Jr. Suite with balcony, but this was not available only without balcony so se were obliged to "upgrade" to next category with 45 € extra per night. This was really annoying specially as coming tired after 12 hour flight. "upgraded room" was indeed nice and afterwards service was excellent. ”

”Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume. It says all inclusive but there are many hidden charges. It says amenities but nothing is actually available and you have to pay charges to use certain amenities. So it’s not all inclusive. Hotel and staff are not very flexible. This is different from other all inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta. Disappointing. Kids club is not really...

”Our suite was clean, though there were a few small things that could use attention. Overall, everything was okay. The staff experience was mixed—some employees didn’t have the best attitudes. It may have been due to the heat, but regardless, customer service should remain a priority. Guests should still feel welcomed and treated well. The resort is definitely family-friendly.
