My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks. After overcoming various challenges, we found a 1-bedroom unit with a living area, kitchen, and washing machine, comfortable for a long stay.
There are also many small restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient.
Some of the challenges:
1) There is no reception staff at the hotel.
2) Communication was always difficult(in English or Japanese) .The emergency contact number we had previously requested was not immediately answered. This may be due to an issue with their reservation software. Email communication was also difficult.
3) To find out how to open the property door and your assigned room, I recommend bringing the PDF you received in advance and a printed copy of the code. It's easy once you get used to it, but it was hard at first time I tried. During our three-week stay, several guests were stranded, and I had to explain how to use it each time.
4) The Wi-Fi password is written in small letters on the wall plug near the TV. There are no instructions. I discovered it after carefully inspecting the room.
5) The TV doesn't receive terrestrial broadcasts. You have to set up Netflix, Amazon, etc., by yourself. I struggled to change the language from Portuguese to English or Japanese, so I reported this. They replaced the controller after all.
6) You can either do the cleaning yourself or pay for it. There was only a small portable vacuum cleaner, so I bought cleaning stuff by myself.
