A. The total price is calculated like this:

Q. What about the deposit?

A. It is not charged at the time of booking. If you break or lose something in the room during your stay, you will be charged for it.

Q. Can I invite friends into the room?

A. No entry other than by guests is permitted. The reason is that, like a hotel, if anyone other than guests is found to be entering the room, it is a violation of the law and may be pointed out by the authorities and operations may be suspended. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can I replenish amenities and consumables?
A. We do not replenish amenities or consumables during your stay.

If you need additional items, please purchase them yourself.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

A. You can leave your luggage before check-in for free if it is after 2:00 p.m.

Q. Can I check in early or check out late?

A. If you notify us in advance, you can do so for 3,000 yen per hour.

However, please note that this may not be possible depending on the reservation status of other guests.

Late check-out is available until 12:00 p.m., and if you wish to stay after 12:00 p.m., please make a reservation for the next day.

Q. Can I store my luggage after check-out?

A. We cannot store luggage after check-out, so please use the coin lockers around the station.

Q. Can I bring pets to the hotel?

A. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay.

Q. Is the facility licensed?

A. This accommodation is operated with permission from the government. In order to comply with laws and regulations, we require all guests to enter their information in the form after making a reservation. Those who do not have an address in Japan are also required to upload a photo of their passport.

Q. Can I smoke?

A. All rooms are non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. If you smoke, please bring an ashtray and use it outdoors.

Q. Will I get a refund if I reduce the number of people in my reservation, shorten the number of nights, or change the date?

A. Our facility will handle reductions in the number of people in a reservation, shorten the number of nights, or change the date in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy.

Airbnb's regulations allow the facility to respond to the above requests, but our facility will only respond to requests if you agree to the cancellation policy.
