Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Very clean 6 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms , family room open to above , 18 feet ceiling with brand new sectional sofa and smart flat screen tv, you can relax and enjoy .

Beside have a beautiful kitchen with a lot of cabinet, very big fridge, build in wall oven, huge counter top with pendant light and pot light, so nice and bright.

Enjoy the senary of the privacy back yard finished with interlock and fire pit and waterfall in the sunny day.
The space
Our villa is a detach stand alone no sharing wall with neighbours, parking in the drive way, enhanced with nice interlocking landscaping on drive way, stair , porches and backyard. You can enjoy fire pit and water in the backyard in the summer as well. We provide some outdoor furniture as well.

We try to make this house as comfortable as possible for your long term stay for work, or school or any business trip, in the kitchen is fully equipped with cook wear, large fridge, lot of cabinet and cupboard for storage, and a working dishwasher.

There is a convience laundry in house located on main floor, equipped with cabinet on top where you can find all the laundry detergent, toilet paper, and many other cleaning supply if you need, also we provide the cordless vacuum and steam mop, please noted do not put stream on high and stay on one place for long on hardwood floor which it can cause damage to the floor.

There are so many furniture so you can have your own space, living room full set of sofa, love seat and chair and coffee table, dinning table with 4 chairs, countertop also have 4 bar chair, breakfast area with 4 chair, in master bedroom and one other bedroom have desk and chair if you want to work in your bedroom.
In family we have a brand new sectional leather sofa with smart flat screen tv, work with wifi. So you can enjoy after dinner or work.

Guests can access whole house to yourself and the back yard as well, it is a big house with living room and dinning room and family room, and breakfast room, there is also chairs at the counter top, there are plenty of seats for you to enjoy by yourself or with family , there is also desk and chair if you will work from your bedroom or study from the bedroom, a lot sunlight in the house. On main floor you also have powder room so conviences, and laundry on the main floor as well.

You can stand up Upstair hall way look down to the family room enjoy the light from the tall window and tv as well, standing there is just a breathtaking. In one of the bedrooms there is a walk out balcony so beautiful breathtaking and freshing up.
Other things to note

It is a fully finished basement with one bedroom full washroom with stream shower, pool table and excercise equipment, fully work out and entertainment place, 55’ screen tv , speaker and fireplace, can accommodate 5 people, provided 2 queen sized bed and sofa bed. Garbage, left over food, recycle
Hi guests, I know you have a vacation so a lot of food and maybe a of left over as well, so please try to put the left over food in one grocery bag from the restaurant you buy and put them in the green bin out side of the house please.

The recycle are for water bottle, cook can, wine bottle, any plastic or metal or paper are go to blue bin for recycle.

Other thing else go to garage in brown bin outside of the house, so after you put the food and recycle to there designated bin we reduce so much garbage, reduce garbage is good for ourself and our generation it good for our world.
