”Best layout for an active trip, the top floor rooms have access to pool bar and awesome gym . Rooms near to the doors are abit noisy from the bar there sometimes so get rooms slightly further away but on the top floor . ”

”The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the pools and beachside access, along with the extracurricular activities presented. Beds were comfortable and staff attentive. Front desk staff could be a bit warmer, and not all were knowledgeable in addressing/resolving customer concerns. ”

”The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”
