”The unit was in a multi-unit dwelling, but we didn’t have any interaction with other units/residents. Unit was clean and “as advertised.” I would have like if there were some window treatments in the living/dining room, but overall… it was really a great decision to rent this space for our family trip to NY!”

It’s just a couple blocks from the train, around the corner from a great women-owned bakery & cafe, & about a 15 min walk to Prospect Park (the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings is a good one!) Park Slope itself has plenty of small shops, restaurants, etc. to explore and you’re about a 25 min walk to Fort Greene, which has its own plethora of storefronts & coffee shops.The home itself was exceptionally clean & well-stocked, and the bowl of snacks to welcome us upon arrival...

”Beautifully renovated property in LIC/Astoria. Be prepared to walk to the Subway and Attractions, but otherwise excellent. If you’re not familiar with the area, this place may not be for you- the neighborhood is partway through the gentrification process. ”

”This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return.”

”The unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our whole family to relax and regroup. The M line and L line were very close to the apartment which was the highlight of our stay. The neighborhood is vibrant with street vendors, we had some killer al pastor tacos from a stand just steps away from the front door. We would stay at Brittany’s home again on future visits ”

”This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to...
