Dear Dan,We regret to learn that your recent stay with us fell short of your expectations. Unfortunately, your reservation was made for accommodations for 2 adults and 1 child, which aligns with the maximum capacity of the room you booked. Upon your arrival, however, we noted there were 2 adults and 3 children present. Regrettably, due to safety concerns, we cannot accommodate more guests than specified in the reservation.Despite this discrepancy, we made an exception to assist you in accommodating your additional childeren late at night, even though it contravened our policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused during your stay, but please understand that we were adhering to established protocols.Should you choose to stay with us again in the future, we kindly ask that you ensure the correct number of guests per room to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all. Wat fijn dat jullie genoten hebben. Vanwege de maatregelen serveren wij het ontbijt inderdaad aan tafel en hebben wij geen buffet meer in het restaurant.
