Huoneistot – Venice

”This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.”

”I should have read the previous reviews, would have saved us a HUGE headache with trying to find another place to stay. "Host" does not give any info to actually stay at propery. Never answered calls or messages. Had to get VRBO involved so the host would finally contact me. Said they'd call me back in 5 minutes acting like they had no clue about this booking and was confused as to which property. Never called back and continued to ignore calls and messages. By the afternoon, we see that they...

”Management let us know well in advance that the property we rented had a water issue. They moved us to another property next door that was similar but better too. Great views, all amenities, and constant checked on us to make sure things were okay. We did have a clogged sink and they were out there quickly to resolve the issue. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews but management went above and beyond to make sure our trip was successful.”

”My 3rd time staying there and I’ll return. My favorite place to stay in LA”

”We enjoyed the updated fixtures and the layout of the place! Ari was also quick to answer any questions we had. We’d be happy to stay here again! ”

”This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

”The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

”Great location”

”Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.”

”Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.”

”Great location, steps away to Manhattan Beach! We enjoyed our stay!”

”Well designed ”

”Great condition. Very hospitable”

”They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. Not that you would want to open it because it looked out onto a frightening alley. This should be represented in the description. The AC did not work. When I contacted Peter about...

”Highly recommend this vacation home! The team was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!”
