âThe staff was welcoming and checkin was fast and easy.
We loved our room on the 2nd floor on the beach side of the hotel. Our window opened and we had a small ocean/pier view with fresh air.
The bed was comfortable. We had a fridge but no microwave.
Itâs very convenient to walk to the pier, beaches and restaurantsâŠalso downtown Main Street for shopping, sightseeing at the San Buenaventura Mission and more.
The morning hot breakfast was good as well.â

âThe view was stunning, especially at sunset and the staff was very helpful. Only had one issue when an elevator door closed on my girlfriends arm while trying to load our luggage, but she was not injured. Other than that, it was a great weekend!â
