”Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

”Apartment is well located and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that a number of things including the kitchen were old and in need of refurbishment. The worse thing was that the apartment has an ant problem throughout which the owner is clearly aware of as there are ant traps visible.”

”This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy! The balcony was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed reading out there in the afternoon. Would stay there again!”

”Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to...

”We hosted a small family wedding at this property; it was absolutely beautiful! Liana, Barry and the Malibu Solstice Vineyard team worked with us the entire way, from being able to do site visits with vendors to rental deliveries to the beautiful experience of getting married above the clouds. There were a few spiders in the rooms, but given the location of the house, it was to be expected. I highly recommend Malibu Solstice Vineyard for your wedding or event.”
