A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast.

Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites
Room was clean, updated, everything worked. Staff was very nice and friendly. Had no trouble at all with it very happy I would stay there again.

Could not check in until 7:30 pm Manager quit on his shift (I don’t blame him) desk was manned by state police

We had a great stay.. was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not available. But my girlfriends and I had a good time.
