Huoneisto oli siisti, tilava, hyvät sängyt, hyvä tilava suihku, hyvä varustetaso, ei kuulunut liikenteen melu, oma parveke, rauhallinen sisäpiha... miinuksena siivoojan käydessä, hän sammutti pääsähkövirran, joten tiskikone sammui ja kun palasimme hotellille illalla, ei meillä ollut puhtaita astioita. Lähtöaamuna taas siivooja tulee kysymään yhdeksän jälkeen aamulla, monelta lähdemme. Mielestäni huoneessa tulisi saada olla rauhassa check-out aikaan asti.

Loistava sijainti, bussi keskustaan, U-bahn ja kauppoja. Uusi hotelli ja yllättävän onnistunut sekä nätti paketti pienessä tilassa, varusteltu keittiö, kunnon sängyt ja toimiva WC-suihkutila. Sähköinen sisäänkirjautuminen toimii ja laukut voi viedä etukäteen kunhan ebookers korjaa ko. puh numeron eli lopussa kaksi nollaa!!!! Viesti hotellille: siivous vaatii kohennusta, lattiat likaiset ja suihkutila osin pesemättä.

Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

I am truly pleased with my stay at Oliver Apartments. The location is superb for getting around Vienna. But the best part is how pleasant, comfortable and well-kept these apartments are. Finding them was no problem, check-in was easy, and having daily housekeeping was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Vienna.

Very convenient location, walkable distance to Margaretengurtel and Gumpfendorfer U-Bahn stations, as well as tram stations. Loved the room cleaning services. Grocery stores available within walking distance. Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

Perfect location.
Very good location, close to subway stations. Nice, tidy family apartments. Easy check in and out. Recomended place eould stay here again. The only problem was that houskeeping service came 90 mind before check out time. Volante pizzeria is a good place 500 m from the place.

Eigentlich hätte die Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Leider war die aufgeführte Kaffeemachine nicht da. Nur ein Wasserkocher und auch kein Filterhalter. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung einfach richtig darstellen. Sonst alles toll. Wenn wir wieder mal kommen, nehmen wir sicher wieder hier Qaurtier.

A great find!
Great find. Everything we needed was close by - supermarket across the road; bus stop 400m in one direction; Ubahn 500m in the other direction. Great local eateries. Rooms were clean and well maintained; great facilities - laundry and storage. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. In 5 Minuten Fußweg sind 2 unterschiedliche Nahverkehrsknoten erreichbar, so dass man schnell überall hinfahren kann. In puncto Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. (Siehe Bilder in meiner Google Bewertung)

So much room for activities ….
This is a beautiful & very spacious apartment. Definitely somewhere you could stay long term if needed. Full kitchen facilities, dining table & chairs, work space, TV, large bathroom with a beautiful shower & toiletries. Aircon, lots of storage space and an intercom system available for visitors. There’s access to lockers downstairs for bag storage if needed before/after you check in. (Make sure you have 1€!) & there’s a laundry room in the basement to wash & dry clothes. Really easy to find & access. It’s all automated check in so pretty simple. Although there is an intercom system available if you need help. It really was a lovely stay. Great location. Walking distance to two metro lines which took us anywhere & everywhere. There’s some recommendations available in the room for places to go!

Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Wien, was auch an der tollen Unterkunft von Oliver Apartment lag. Unser Apartment war einfach nur klasse. Gemütlich, aber zugleich modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ruhig, in der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn Stationen. Alles perfekt!!!

La verdad que genial. Ubicación genial al lado de linea 4 y 3 de metro y de varios tranvias. Check-in y check-out sin horario (dado que lo hace una máquina XD). Las habitaciones bien equipadas y limpias. Cama grande y muy cómoda.

Vi, familie på 3 bodde på Oliver Apartments i 4 dager. Leiligheten ligger nært sentrum (ca.3 km) og noen få minutter gåavstand fra nærmeste undergrunn/trikk og matbutikk rett over gaten. Leiligheten er utstyrt med alt man trenger, renholdt daglig, moderne møblert, behagelig seng. Det eneste som trekker ned er at vi ikke fikk info om sjekk inn på forhånd og ved inngangsdøra stod det ingenting angående innsjekking. Det var tilfeldig at en ung dame som gikk ut fra bygningen sa at vi måtte bruke kredittkort for å komme oss inn i bygget. Når vi kom oss inn da var det relativt enkelt å sjekke inn på automaten. Man må oppgi passinfo for hovedbestilleren ved innsjekkingen. Kommer definitivt til å bestille samme overnattingsstedet ved neste anledning.

Ottimo appartamento vicino alla metro. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un inconveniente con il servizio pulizie, ma si sono dimostrati subito attivi e pronti a risolvere il problema (per me questo vale tantissimo), dimostrando disponibilità e pronti a rendere il servizio ottimo. Gli appartamenti non dispongono di reception e le comunicazioni sono effettuate via mail e telefonica. In ogni caso.... Consigliatissimo.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Vienna in autonomia, vicinanza a due linee della metro con cui raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Check in automatico senplice e veloce anche in italiano. Appartamento moderno, insonorizzato e dotato di ogni comfort. Esperienza complessiva molto positiva.

Modern, jó helyen lévő szállás. A hálószoba és a nappali külön van, ami nagyon kényelmes. Fürdőszoba lehetne praktikusabb egy kicsit.

The Oliver Apartments was a life saver after our initial accomodations were not accessible for my mother. They let us check in early as well as do a late check out, the staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and the location was also convenient for restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street.
