”I was given an upgrade to very spacious comfortable room. The staff were amazing, extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to give a special thanks to Turkan and Anil. They both took extra time out of their day to help me give me everything I asked for and more. They showed me places I could shop at and help me immensely. The hotel is lucky to have such amazing stuff with the best customer service.”

”One issue - we booked a room for four, but upon arrival they gave us 2 rooms and we did not get proper explanation, why! (maybe language barrier?) Although there was no extra fee, but it caused some inconvenience as we traveled as a family.

”Great hotel to stay in for rest between flights. 10-15 min drive by taxi. AC is quiet. Bed comfortable even if a bit firm. Decent breakfast. Otherwise, there is not much in the area. No bank/ATM close. Some construction around. ”
”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”
”Hotel was overall good experience. They had made renovation to make luxury feel. Unfortunately they didn't finished it and there was a lack of that luxury feeling. (Holes in the walls in hallways, unfixed taps, broken patiodoor and missing floor moldings) But the parts they had renovated was made with a good taste!
