”Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t.”

”Would not let me check in 10 mins before 4pm. Only restaurant people seemed to like was a hour and a half wait. Zero cocktail service at slots and my room smelled a bit.”

”We loved this place so much, we wish we stayed here sooner since we booked it after needing a hotel transfer for the last day of our visit. The staff was so incredibly sweet and super helpful. The rooms were super clean, and it was fairly spacious. We always love the kitchen features since it adds to the homey vibes. Parking is super simple (and free) and the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area only a few minutes from the mall. The bed was also super comfy and the room had a lot of outlets...
