”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”

”What a lovely little place for our overnight stay prior to our cruise ! Absolutely spotlessly clean and John the host couldn’t do enough for us. Very convenient for the train station and town centre. Our breakfast was perfect with lovely high quality fresh ingredients made to order with lots of choice. ”Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening. However the music/bar closes promptly at a reasonable hour so not a huge problem. The staff are lovely and the restaurant food was fabulous. So much so that we ate far too much...It sits on the cliff top and we were able to hear the waves crashing overnight to lull us too sleep, not our first stay and wont be the last. ”

”The Pilgrim Inn has a lot charm. The Fuller Pub has great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The room unfortunately had old, dirty furniture and our toilet would not flush properly. We stayed there several years ago and would consider staying there again but I would hope that the above problems would be resolved. ”

”Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. Sit on the front patio and watch the deer walk by, and eat right in front of you. Two comfortable lounges, and a Bar, really nice Dining Room. Full Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu's. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Tea and Expresso, complimentary water and sparkling water.”
