”The place looks kinda nice in pictures, but in reality i got a room with a broken "hot tub" that when i turned it on spit out bugs and there were dead bugs on the floor. I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Maybe i was unlucky in the room but I would stay far away from this place.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all.”

”This hotel is extremely dirty. The wallpaper in the hallway is peeling. Floor tiles are cracked. The elevator floor is broken and dirty. Our room smelled. The hallway smelled. The carpeting is filthy. There was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The lobby wasn’t vacuumed. The front entrance was filthy. It was a disgusting place to stay.”

”The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The morning coffee was delicious and complimentary. My only complaint is that I did not like the use of Direct TV.”

”Air conditioning blew directly on me. Television screen was partially working. I inquired if it could be replaced and they declined to assist.”
