”The hotel was very cosy, and the room was spacy. They had excellent full English breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.”

Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. ”The only things nice is how close is to the sea side, need to be careful for any extra charges, thankfully my bank didn’t let the transaction go through and sent me a new card, but still was able to stay without paying those charges (almost £140)”

”We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
