”Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

”Breakfast was awesome! Had everything you could ask for. I just had some yogurt, but there was plenty to choose from. I did not cook in the kitchen but it's nice to have to heat something up in the microwave or to have a cup of tea at night.”

”Customer service needs major improvement. They need to communicate better. Instead of helping they become very rude. They do not tell you their policy and then confirm they received your request, but never apologize. Receptionist hangs up the call and then doesn’t answer just to later say “you got cut off”. Our room was not as bad. It was clean. But their reps need better training. They are dealing with paying customers. ”

”I really didn't have an opportunity to eat breakfast with them however my mother stated it was excellent. The rooms are clean and just as the picture very nice. I would definitely stay here again an suggest it to everyone. The Asian and Spanish front desk attendants were accommodating and extremely nice. The curly haired young lady was not so nice and that's coming from my mother. OVERALL COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. The housekeeper comes everyday not like most of the hotel's I very stayed in.”

(And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

”Hotel is grand and pleasing to look at but up close is dirty and filthy. Very disappointed for the amount I paid for room and condition of hotel. Bathroom fan did not work humidity never left the bathroom. The tv was blurry. The filters and fan system in room starts and ends very loud and bangs all throughout night. The bed was very old and sank. I think this hotel has slapped to many bandaid remodels on top of each other it’s time to replace things. 2 of the 3 elevators worked and hopefully...
