”Stay here a few times a year when passing through to our destination. Although it’s a services hotel it’s extremely quiet and the bed I super comfortable. ”
”We thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice.”

”The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.
