”I had an okay stay, it was only a one night. The room was clean. The building itself is very old so that can be seen in the corridors and public spaces, and the location of the hotel is not the best as you need a cab to go basically anywhere. In total I give 3/5.”

”Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant.
The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the...

”The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.”

”Hotel is unique and lovely beside the river with amazing views, good bar with reasonable prices. We had a room in the annexe- room was quite small but added bonus of an outdoor seating area. But we struggled with the door entry last night- couldn’t get it open. Phoned reception- no answer, it was about 11.30pm. Found someone in the bar who helped to open the door- needed a heavy push to get in. Would have appreciated better and quicker support with this problem. Stairs everywhere so not good for...
