Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. ”I wanted to stay at Heathrow area within walking distance from terminal 2&3. Beforehand I looked 2 youtube videos how to find Hilton Garden Inn, but still I had to ask 3 times advice from the helpful airport persons. Hotel is old but reasoanbly clean. Breakfast was good, but food could be warmer (add a microwave in buffet area).
All in all Hilton Garden Inn works fine as place to stay when you fly late to Heathrow and continue next day.”
