”The room was in a great location and accessed by keypad so no key needed. Pre-check-in was done online that everything was easy. The room as well located on the High Street and close to places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable with lovely white crisp in. Plenty of hot drinks and orange juice and porridge provided. The over bath shower was fine but could have been better in terms of power and heat. The plumbing in this room...

”Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.”

”***1st Class Stay!!*** We stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view which was nothing but perfection. Clean, light, airy and the view onto the old pier is stunning. The staff at the hotel are engaging and professional and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is exactly how you want it. The cocktails in the hotel bar are delicious and they were happy for us to go off menu and make us our favourite drinks. The bar its self is cosy and has a relaxing atmosphere.”

”Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors. Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good. Room was tidy and clean. Stayed in family room 5- has a double bed and a single bed. Things to improve -The soap dispenser fires the soap out all over you as it's mounted very...
