”Mold in the shower, room heat/ac constantly blew some sort of dust and debris into the air. Only two smallish bath towels for two people - minimal at best. Breakfast was also sparse and I hope you like a parcooked egg thing that didn’t qualify for the omelet name it was given. That’s the best way to state the condition of the room and property - minimal at best. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. ”

”The staff was very nice. The general condition of the property screams of poor maintenance. Torn curtains patched with duct tape, worn carpet and nonfunctional equipment. Even the exterior has rotted out boards. Crazy disappointment for a MARRIOTT property. Don’t pay your good money on this property. ”

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. We get a message when something is charged on the card. On the day of the departure accounting department said that they will remove the charge. It took more than 2...

”This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area.”
