”Air conditioning in the bedroom was nice and cool. It was quite warm in the living room during the day even with all fans going. I really liked the porch to sit on. Bed nice and comfortable. When sitting outside make sure to use bug spray lots of mosquitoes. Loved the hot tub. Pool was very small. Convenient to town. Loved the sweet and friendly cat! Would stay again.”

”My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was the perfect space for two. It is located in a great area; close to town and the beaches but away from the crowd and noise. We hit most of the beaches and went into town at least once a day if not multiple and it was not a hassle. The place was equipped with everything you would need and more such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, ice packs, coolers and even a grill. We had a few grill nights which turned out great....

”Fully stocked, freshly decorated cottage. It was nice that there was a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels available for use. There is also parking. ”

”Jill was an oustanding property manager! The bottle of wine was a very nice thought! The place was unique and overall good. Loved the shower. Did not know the water was not potable but wasn't a problem since plenty of water in refrigerator.”
