”My mistake on booking but there's no disabled access or facilities. On the plus side the staff were fantastic, the breakfast was generous and tasty. The chef was happy to cope with requests. ”We arrived at the hotel early afternoon. The hotel had no sign on it so we were unsure which building it was. Eventually on entering the building it appeared very dated and not welcoming. The bar area did not look inviting. We waited for the client infront of us to finish checking in. We noticed, in the meantime, a notice on the desk saying there was no hot water until further notice. The receptionist said to us that an engineer was on his way and it would be repaired soon. How she came to this...

”Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay ”
