”Good location, you can walk to the center in around 20 minutes. It’s a breeze to catch a train or a bus, both stations are very near to the hostel. Breakfast was just porridge, but for such a price you can’t except too much. A reading light could do, you could read etc. Atmosphere was maybe the reason I wouldn’t go back, there just wasn’t the “it”.”

”My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! ”

”Problems with checking in, nobody answered the buzzer. We were at the hotel 2 am but check in was 24/7. Gladly we got a nice local to call the hotel for us and got in. Staff was nice but spoke very limited English. Kiev is a big city and the hostel is quite far from sightsees and city center. Hotel was average compared to the price. Walls are quite thin and hot water runs off fast. Also cold air blow through the windows. Also a small details to update would be a trash bin in the room which we...
