Staff is very informative and helpful. We purchased our tickets for Mackinaw Island at the hotel to save time when boarding which it did. Overall excellent experience.”

”Excellent hotel! We were here for club sports event and I am pretty sure it was sold out. However, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, it was very clean, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tge kids had plenty to do between playing in the bay, volleyball, playing in the sand, and numerous places to eat within walking distance. The room was very modern, spacious, has a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself...

”We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it had nothing to stop the drain with so we had to use a washcloth. The breakfast was awful, no eggs, no meat. Nothing that my husband and I could eat, we ended up having to get something and pay extra for breakfast. The staff was nice and the room was nice besides the drain issue.
