”The hotel is lovely. It's beautiful and elegant in very nice surrondings. The only thing what was negative was that one day during our stay there started some kind of roof renovation just above our room and there was ladder in front of our balcony, roof stones and people going up and down plus a lot of noise which started at 7.30 am. Nobody informed us about this renovation. We went to tell to the reception what was happening and they were sorry and gave us an upgraded room.”

”Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. ”Perfect location near railway station, all the shops and restaurants. We had a family room booked. There were two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it convenient for four people. Beds were comfortable and the balcony a nice bonus. Breakfast was quite large and service overall very good.We were also allowed to use the whirlpool outside the official hours.Would definately recommend this hotel.”
