”The room was ok, perhaps not as good as one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Bathroom had a lot of issues, tiles were broken, shower was malfunctioning per hot & cold water, it was set the wrong way (you should have turned the shower handle different way than instructions), as well as cracks in the walls. All was ok, and the hotel in itself was good per price and service. A lot of employees vs. The ones that actually help with signing in. Two concierges and only one receptionist vs a lot of...

”Olimme kolma yötä. Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Lähellä on erinomaisia ravintoloita. Huone oli kahdelle melko pieni, mutta erittäin siisti ja hiljainen. Meillä oli kulma huone, jossa oli ikkunat kahteen suuntaan. Kadun varrella oli hyviä teattereita. Michelin ravintola oli muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kävimme läheisessä teatterissa ja The Royal Opera Housessa.”

”The level of service was amazing! The external operator of the pool had decided that kids are no longer allowed at the pool at all. The pool had been the main reason for picking the hotel and my daughter had been looking forward to it. The hotel very kindly arranged for us to use the pool at a near-by hotel, which was great, so very happy with the experience!”

”Returning again to Sanderson! Sanderson is a design driven modern hotel in a fantastic location. Our favourite store in the world - Heal's - is just around the corner and the West End shows are in the walking distance. Of course all the other shops are near by as well. Service is always top notch. This time the concierge was able to book us a last minute table for Sunday evening to the restaurant we wished for. Satisfied customers as always.”
