”What really stood out was how incredibly fast the team reacted when we realised the bedding contained feathers – entirely our oversight for not requesting a change before arrival. The staff were unfailingly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, and our suite was absolutely gigantic. We loved it! ”

”We came to visit Chester and the Hotel Manager- didn’t catch his name sorry but he welcomed us with warmth and made our stay special, checking with us whether everything was alright with our stay, he had some veggie sausages especially made for us for breakfast, The place is very convenient if you are visiting Chester, short drive into the city. We did the City Walls as suggested by the Manager, which covered pretty much the city followed by beautiful scenery. ”

”Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. ”
