”Wonderful stay. The setting is very peaceful and calm, after a 2 night stay we felt utterly replenished. The beds and pillows were large and comfortable. Robes and slippers were provided. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The spa is truly a gem here. Clean , was never crowded and relaxing. We never had any treatments but didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Loved sitting outside the spa and eating after a relaxing spa session. Special mention to Victoria at the spa...

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is situated in an old building in the center of Nantwich. Staff was friendly. The room was small and there was poor soundproofing, you could hear noice from the other rooms and the street. The hotel had a car park and the breakfast was OK. ”

”Bedroom had quite a few moths present and toilet and hot tap not working properly but bed vary comfortable and sheets clean on the whole a good experience.”

Breakfast times restricted to 8-10 , would extend to accommodate guests’needs. Also a bit disappointing you had to pay a supplement to have half of the items on the menu”

”The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay.”
