”Very well appointed hotel in a lovely setting. Great value. Took a junior suite and the room was huge and well appointed. Good food options. Great value, great for overnight stop off travelling south. Would definitely visit again. ”
”Excellent and helpful hosts, the dairy is a very comfortable bolt hole, yes small but big enough for us as a couple. Set on an old farm, situated on the edge of the village. All in spotless condition. Cafe on the premises too. Would definitely stay again. Note they have many returnees. ”
”For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away”

”The location was excellent. I needed somewhere to break my journey walking along the towpath of the Trent-Mersey canal, and this motel is only a mile north of the canal, at the midway point between the Anderton Boat Lift and the end of the canal at Preston Brook. I don't think I would have been able to complete the walk without its being where it is. Facilities were good (like an Extended Stay property, with a kitchen; bed was comfortable; convenience shop nearby was a bonus. ”
”Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional...
