Lentokenttäbussi ei tullut vaikka odotimme noin 40 min eli oli mentävä taxilla. Saimme toisenlaisen huoneen kuin mitä olimme varanneet. Huoneessa oli vain 1 peitto ja jouduimme odottamaan toista peittoa keskiyölle asti. Hotelli on eläinystävällinen, mutta siellä on kokolattiamatto eli kaikkea muuta kuin käytännöllinen.

Arvoisa vieraamme MiraOlemme iloisia kuullessamme, että huoneen siisteys ja hotellin kunto olivat mielestäsi erinomaiset. Pahoittelemme kuitenkin, että koit ongelmia lentokenttäbussin ja huoneen varauksen kanssa. Lentokenttäbussimme on ilmainen palvelu, joka kulkee noin 20-40 minuutin välein, ja joskus ruuhka-aikoina voi olla viivästyksiä. Tulevaisuudessa voit aina ottaa yhteyttä vastaanottoon, jos tarvitset apua bussin saapumisaikojen suhteen. Huonevarauksen osalta pyrimme aina tarjoamaan asiakkaillemme heidän toivomansa huoneen, mutta joskus saatavuus voi olla rajoitettua. Olemme pahoillamme, että huoneessasi oli vain yksi peitto, ja että jouduit odottamaan toista peittoa keskiyöhön asti. Vastaanottomme on avoinna 24/7, ja pyrimme aina ratkaisemaan tällaiset ongelmat mahdollisimman nopeasti. Hotellimme on tosiaan eläinystävällinen, ja huoneissamme on erilaisia lattiapäällysteitä, kuten kokolattiamattoja ja laminaattilattioita. Ibis lentokenttäyöpyminen
Ibis hotelleja on 3kpl Schipolin ympäristössä ja niillä on yhteinen iso shuttle bussi. Kentällä bussi tuli 20 minuutin odotuksen jälkeen ja palatessa hotellilla odotus kesti 30 minuuttia. Hotelli on matala, huoneet 3 kerroksessa ja ravintola neljännessä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä vaan kerroksiin kuljetaan liukuportailla, kätevää kun ei koskaan tarvitse odotella hissiä. Ala-aulassa on 24/7 auki oleva take away tiski melko runsaalla valikoimalla. Hotellihuone on perussiisti ja hiljainen. Ihan hyvä yöpymispaikka kun koneen vaihtoon tarvitsee yöpymisen.

Typical airport hotel - rooms are fairly small and amenities are minimal. Food service is just okay. Food is expensive and choices are very limited. Not recommended for more than an overnight when awaiting a morning flight from Schiphol airport.

This is at least my 4th time to stay at this property. And I'm coming back maybe after 1 or 2 months, I definitely will stay here. Enough if you don't feel going anywhere, just setting outside in front of man made fish pond it's a relaxing.

I originally booked this property due to the location next to Schiphol. I would never do it again. Even though it is technically closer in distance, it is not more convenient. The hotel is old and in disrepair. The walls do not hide noise so I could hear people talking in the room next to me and in the hallway. There are stains on the sink and shower floor. Dust in the corners of the room. There were holes in the sheet and one of my towels had a long black hair on it. Probably the worst hotel I’ve been in. I would recommend staying at one of the many hotels off the sprinter train lines. You can get there faster and the price will be the same. Quality on the other hotels will also be much better!

Overall a good hotel with friendly staff. room standard is what you’d expect for this level of hotel and price. One disappointing factor is all hotel bars and restaurants only accept cast!
